Is Queen Hassen (Hence, all the Gully storyline characters) related to DOCTOR DOOM?

So I just watched some Doom gameplay videos on YouTube, and then watched his Speical attack moves video, just to hear the music in it, and then the sp3 came, and I realized...
As u can see, the name of his sp3 is "Hassenstadt tour", and since Doom teleports the opponent to another place (like a tour in some way) we can assume that place is known as Hassenstadt. Now then I remembered looking at the new State of the battlerealm map... seeing this:
U can see that the name of the place the new Kabam og character (the one that is marked with ?) Is at, is almost identical to the place in Doom's sp3.
Once, I heard there that Hassenstadt was the former name of Languria, And since according to the map, this place is a part of Languria, this means they can be related somehow, right?
Maybe they've known each other...
Now a few more points:
Idk, maybe Hassenstandt is a term that I haven't heard off thus the fact both have this name says nothing.
I just imagine... how cool could that be if the new Kabam og character's design will be inspired by Doom? Could be a Demon looking like Purgatory, using the same form of Sorcerry Doom uses, that green magic... and he can be Purgatory's lover.
So let me know your thoughts on that
