I found this fight to be an absolute slog. But I managed it in the end (with 2 revives) and I’ve gotten it out of the way. With this I got the two points I wanted out of EoP, to say I proved myself in this challenge.

*Now I never want to touch this week or the Dormammu challenge again*

I’m using 6* R2 unduped Hitmonkey for the Merc

And 5* sig 200 Falcon or 5* unduped Hulkbuster.

Any tips/ input on the fight would be great!

Also, should I use HB or Falcon?

I’m going to echo what I’ve heard and say if you have BWDO use her - she’ll tackle both objectives at once.
But if not, I’d say use Falcon for the Avengers challenge

I don’t think he does, but I’d rather him over HB (though I do like HB)

Used my R3 6* BWDO with 20% boost. Probably could have one shotted it but didn’t feel like doing it again after getting Blade to 20% on one try. Cost me two revives on last 20% because AI cornered me once Blade reached SP1 and wouldn’t throw it. Best not to even think about the beneficial side of the surge protector node. If you get it, great. But don’t count on it as plagued mind will make it to where you’ll get it’s benefits only a couple of times. Just a slog of a fight where you’ll have to try and bait out another champs SP1 when they don’t want to throw it.

Easy solo for a Completion point.
The real pain is getting the other two points.

Cap IW is great for the Avengers side of it.
Domino is pretty good for the mercenary side.
CGR looks to be the only option for the paragon side unless you dont mind carpal tunnel.

I keep meaning to rank her up for battlegrounds, but I pulled a Mags and he has to go up first for me

This week's fight was a challenge... a challenge to not fall asleep in a repetitive, monotonus fight.

Going to try Domino for the mercenary because why not.

Dimensional Being - CGR...this was just a long, boring fight lol. Didn't care about rotation.

I used apocalypse and a few revives not really bothered to try for anything else. But I will say far too many times blade would not throw a special 1 and when he did, he would immediately throw 2 of them back to back in a way I couldn't avoid both.

It also has to do with timing and baiting. Sometimes I'd let him just block to heal and drain his power bar

Luck is only one factor, and certainly not the biggest. I thought this was a very well designed fight that could be tackled with most good champs.

Capiw is great for avenger. Perfect block all day so you don't get pushed into your corner. Much easier to control the fight. Messed up at the end and had to reverse as I didn't want to do it over again.

Hit monkey was a solo for merc.

Also used AA initially just to see and he works quite well.

Bwdo kept getting pushed back into my corner. Didn't particularly like that aspect in this fight since there's a lot of timing involved.
