Silver Centurion has shock and incinerate, but they might be passive, so they won’t stop selective timestream. If they aren’t passive then he should work well

Shock and incinerate debuffs prevents this regeneration, you need to place a incinerate or shock debuff before the timer expire and he don't heal, sentinel is great option too, he has shock on his heavy attack and incinerate on his sp 2.

I was worried passive shock and incinerate wouldn't count. I guess you have to take the good and the bad when it comes to passive debuffs 🤷‍♂️
