Every time I open the game it downloads content. Multiple times in a month. 547 mb every time. Is there an issue ??

Mine keeps popping up to though it was 148 mb, and other times it said it but there was no download

Hey there Navidmulla, I'm sorry to hear you're affected by this.

What's happening is that there's something on your device that's continually clearing the cache/app data for the game whenever you exit it. Because the download information gets wiped every time, it continually has to be downloaded again. You'll need to stop running programs that automatically clear this data on your device.
