What to do Next?

So I decided to get back into the game, and how better then to start over? When I started playing it was simple, do the story 100% and then attack the monthly, and then back to story when act 5 dropped and so on and so forth.
My new account I just completed act 4, so what next? Do I 100% act 4 first? Start working on act 5? Do the monthly’s? Need opinions preferably with reasons please!

    Focus on 100% act 4. Good rewards and solid XP for a growing account.
    Id say do Master EQ one run through, seeing if your champs can handle it.
