Was using Tigra for a clear and noticed that she does not gain any of the placebo buffs despite having a combo of 70. Never gained 1

It’s not a bug. Her neutralize is reducing the ability accuracy of the placebo buffs by 100% because they come from the node. Nodes are considered defender abilities.
