Game Mode: Realm of Legends. But I think it happens in other modes as well.

Description of the Issue: Magento house of X's sp3 cruelty buff is not pausing prowess buffs (present at the time of sp3 launch) as expected. After sp3 it pauses the buffs for some time and then they fall off before cruelty expires. I was watching one of the YouTube videos and noticed the same. Don't know how come no one else noticed it so far as this video is one year old. I checked in ROL after watching this video and bug still exists.

I this video he throws sp3 at 4:35 with 6 prowess and he gains one more during sp3. So total 7 after sp3. At first they are paused but you can notice at 5:20 that they are falling off even though he still has cruelty. As per his ability he should have at least 7 prowess till cruelty falls off unless it's nullified. But clearly they are expiring.
I also noticed that his specials and causing very less damage currently. My r3 mag's sp1 caused 25k crit again ROL WS with 8+ prowess, which seems off. Please look into it.
