The AQ bugs are just out of hand....

I've hardly (if ever) whined and complained about bugs and glitches because, for the most part, they didn't drastically effect me. That's not the case anymore, it's out of hand now...

I'm in aq and EVERY..SINGLE...FIGHT... it's dropped inputs, phantom misses, defender block breaks that make no sense, power gain while they hit into my block, AI so passive you sit there for 90 seconds waiting for a SP2 only to have SP3 hit less than a millisecond into red and it kills your 95% healthy champ.... ON TOP OF THE KNOWN PARRY AND DEX ISSUES!!!

I'm someone who hardly EVER used items in map 6... now I'm using 10+ daily in the last 2 weeks?! FIX... THIS... GAME!!!!

I will not spend a dime on this game (probably a 5 digit spender here) until this addressed and fixed. I've never been this frustrated with MCOC before.. I'm considering quitting the game.

    Brought him down to 30%
Regened health from will power to 80%+
Network connection and boom, fight reset.

I time out in this fight daily it's not new.
It takes a lot of concentration on that single fight. Fix your game.

I understand the dev's wanting OS specs, device models, and asking basic questions like "are you sure it wasn't a node?"

But when people throw in the "have you got a screenshot/video" phrase, the first thing I think is that they simply don't believe you. At the end of the day we all play the game, we all know what it looks like when the word Parry appears on the left side of the screen. If there is more to it than people simply not being believed, and it is somehow useful, please can someone explain how?

They believe us.. they know these issues exist.... they are just told to copy/ paste what was said here to drag it out and stall until they finally fix it and/or we forget... it's a tactic. Don't believe though.. there was at least 2 other threads with this same mod replying the exact same message when I replied to it... there was probably more in recent weeks as well. They literally copy and pasted it.
There are dozens of threads with this spam reply in it and most complaints about it get deleted. They even went back like a month or 2 to spam reply to a bunch of old posts multiple times recently which clogs up the forums by making everything show with a mod reply that you have to check to see if it is new info from them just to see thread after thread spammed with that even when it doesn't apply. There was a thread with someone asking how to do something and it got the same spam reply instead of actually answering the poster's question about the issue which wasn't even a bug, just a how to question. If we do stuff like that (necro and spam comments everywhere) we get warned or banned but they can intentionally mess up the forums functioning apparently.

    Hi there!

Thank you for reporting this bug! To help track down the cause of the issue, would you mind filling out this information?

Please include as much information from this template as possible with your report.

Device and Version: (Example, iPhone 7) Be sure to include make and model of the device you are playing on when experiencing the issue.

Device Operating System: (Example, iOS 11) You can find out the operating system on an iPhone by going to Settings, then General and scrolling down to “Version.” You can find the operating system version on Android by going to Apps, then Settings and “About Device.”

Mobile Carrier: (Example AT&T) If your device uses cellular data, please include information about your data provider.

Cellular or WiFi: Does this issue happen when you are using cellular data, WiFi or both?

Game Version Installed: To check which version of the game you have installed, go to the App Store or Play Store and confirm that you have the latest version installed which will show you the number. (Example, 17.1.5)

Game Mode: In which game mode did the error occur? Story Quests, Event Quests, Arena, Alliance Quest or Alliance War.

Champions Affected: Which Champions are affected by this issue? What is their Rank, Level and which Signature Abilities do they have unlocked?

Active Boosts: Are you using any boosts when you experience this issue?

Description of the Issue: Please include a full and complete description of the problem you are experiencing with as much relevant detail as possible. Include how often it happens (once, sometimes or always) and how long you've been experiencing the issue.

Screenshot or Video: If you are able to capture a screenshot or video that helps visually demonstrate the issue you are experiencing, please include it along with your report. More information on how to take a screenshot can be found here.

Would it be possible for you to share the data on the bugs already submitted? I mean, there must be a lot of players who are doing it. Transparency is always good, aint it? :) Unfortunately, not everyone has the time to fill in the same details every time when reporting a bug. Why don't you guys just create a submission form on the forum here and when a registered user logs in his previously filled information is automatically populated?

    Hi,
It wasn't just the mods or devs I was referring to. It was mainly aimed at a collective of forum users who tend to spam the forums with contradictive/provocative posts, one of the favourites being 'have you got a screenshot/videos?' As yet I haven't found a single response on the necessity of a screenshot for these common problems many of us are having.

To be honest I find the forum in general is 90% argumentative banter [from a noticeably select group of users] and 10% informative/helpful info. It just seems to be a flip of a coin chance what kind of response you get on any given day, depending on who is using it. It passes the time though :D

Back on topic though, it would be nice as mentioned above, if there was some sort of info available as a user on what seems to be causing these issues. My reasoning behind this would be that when getting a new device, I would certainly lean towards one that I was confident played the games I like properly.
