Happened again just now. I can post a vid if needed, but why do I need to waste more of my timeI? I’ve put more effort in reporting this bug than kabam has put into fixing it, it seems.

….And the mods can’t be bothered to respond or provide an update? From the mods to the QA team @ Kabam, I’m sorry but you’ve all done a terrible job.
If it’s on the bug board… well whoooopie. How long has it been there, a few months ? What is considered a reasonable timeframe to fix a known bug? I’d be curious to hear kabams answer on that.

Pretty awful support. I thought it couldn’t be as bad as , say 5 years ago, but this thread is proving that Kabam can always do worse.
Another battlegrounds fight with no fight timer. Didn’t record and doesn’t really matter if I post a video or evidence anyway since Kabam ignores my bug reports as is .
Is this getting fixed anytime soon?

I was under the impression it was added there months ago. This is why I don’t bother with the 3rd party bug board; it’s not accurate and serves no purpose.
WTH does one have to do to get a bug confirmed , added to the bug board (as if that matters) and most importantly , resolved ? The lack of acknowledgment, communication, action or resolution is downright pathetic.
Edit: turns out I did record a vid today so I’ll waste more of my time and upload it later . Maybe Kabam will actually do their jobs and do something about this.
congrats on ignoring this bug for a full year. If there was a reward for incompetence, Kabam employees would win it

Off season would seem like a good time to work on a known BG bug.
I guess quality and bug fixes aren’t a priority for Kabam anymore (as if it ever was).
