Cinematics and costumes, voice lines aswell

Cinematics, instead of comic cutscenes add Cinematics! Also instead of adding separate movie characters , make one OG character and add costumes for it!
Also add voice lines aswell! For characters !

But by doing that you'd be sending an arguably cataclysmic ripple through the game and take away a main revenue stream for the game: releasing alternate versions of characters.

Kabam is already 7 years in with their system design and business model and to make a change like that would entail massive refunds (of in-game materials, units and real world currency) that could take years to properly dispense and creating a skin change feature would require building a new system in and of itself and that's including accounting for SP3 animations and ensuring its compatibility with the current set-up. So looking at cost, manpower and fine tuning, again this would take a couple of years to do it right... And that's IF the company both survived the refunds and decided to continue MCOC with a more streamline approach.

Also let's be real, they're not going to let you dress anybody up in a G-string or other skimpy outfits so you'll have to get your kicks off a fanart page.

Also they did costumes and customizing in Realm of Champions... And we all saw how that worked out.
