Incursion Suggestion for Zone 1

Time and time again I will start an incursion by finding a teammate but they will never move. Now I can only play 1 zone max with my BEST champs and can’t go any further because the person never moves.
I think this could be fixed by allowing everyone the chance to exit zone 1 without putting those 3 champs on cooldown as long as you don’t beat the zone boss (to eliminate farming with the same champs) as a failsafe in case you join someone who never moves. Thank you for reading and hopefully this can be implemented.
