Need help ranking up my next 6* rank 2. Not sure which would be the most useful.

Do You Have Apoc

Cable, if you have an Apoc.
Otherwise, Nebula is a strong pick.

I assume you have Apoc because why else would you want to rank up Cable.

I'd go Nebula
