Why is my game so janky?

Ever since the new update, the game feels like it’s running on 20fps. Opening crystals is a slog and the general interface itself feels like it’s running on a cheap android device. None of this exist on my toddler account, it runs very smoothly, just my main account facing these problems. Any insight on what might be causing this and possible tips to improve upon it would be greatly appreciated.
