Energy refill screen is not popping up

Whenever the energy reaches 0 in a quest instead of energy refill pop up my screen is getting black and no pop up due to this I have to restart many times. I am using Android 12 device.

Had the same - had to go to inventory to use refills (after rebooting each and every time it happened). Annoying.

I am having the same issue, quite annoying. Have to close out the app and re-open and then it will allow me to refill energy with the refills.

After an update the game is lagging heavily & these energy refills pop up just go black screen without any way to exit it. It’s annoying, KABAM needs to take a look in this bug.

It’s irritating when there’s an update, game instead of getting fix, several more bugs show up.

Been getting it in auto-fight too. And a lot of times when I tap on the energy icon to check my energy or request help I get the black screen and have to restart my phone. Happening even more since the update, catapulting this bug to my top ten list of most annoying bugs

The energy refill issues and screen dimming are something we've been made aware of and are working hard to resolve. Hopefully we'll have more information on a fix to share soon!

It occurs randomly for me, both for manual and auto questing. But it's become much, much more frequent since the last update. Is this a strategy to increase player log in frequency for data? Jk

I just had this happen to me. I got around it from the games home page > settings > DISABLE the check box for "BETA FEATURES OPT-IN" > restart the game. Now, it seems as though energy refills page is popping up correctly - at least at the moment. FYI, this setting is not the same as "New input System - Beta", which I also have disabled.

This was already unchecked for me and i’ve been getting the dark screen this week

bring back the weekly/biweekly compensation packages. not the aw/aq one, the good one. for this specific issue we need 3 6star nexus crystal and a 5 star crystal where you can just pick the champion you want from all available champs in the featured 5 star.

I expect this reasonable compensation to my inbox by the end of business day tomorrow or i will not attempt to complete cavalier quest this month.

It’s getting worse now. I’m trying to play the new content on my lunch from work and when the energy refill screen does come up I can press the use button all night and nothing happens so I can’t even play the game now. This is getting out of hand lately now.

One work around is to click energy directly from stash.
