I can take any two to r3, but want to focus on one first. Options are below. I have a tech AG if that also helps and I run suicides. Been using penny out of most of them and vulture, aside from HB and g2099.
Note that I've tried, on and off, learning ghost, but I just can't get her. Which is embarrassing, as given the below I should probably try. I just can't get through more than a few fights without her nearly dead and I also can't phase the recoil either; it just does not work for me. Same as running in and catching a recovering knockdown, a la Swedeah, can't do that either. (Can't get to grips with tigra or kitty as well...)
