I immediately picked up the two spirit profile pic, as my daughter is both native and queer. It’s a touching gesture having that much cultural awareness to honor both. Thank you Kabam.

Is it pushing it down our throats when whole months are dedicated to a male and female’s romantic interests? As we have seen several times. Kids are ok to see a man and a woman’s love interest but not two mens? This month is dedicated to pride month, other months focus on other relationships, neither is wrong and neither should be dismissed.

This is so out of touch and incorrect as well. I recommend educating yourself on the subject more. Also just because something makes you uncomfortable, doesn't mean it's wrong and should be hidden

Assuming that a group with a dissenting opinion are dealing in bad faith, and that without any evidence, is the very definition of dealing in bad faith. On your premise there can never be a dialogue, and it’s entirely self-inflicted.

These people are the sort that would say they were being shoved down our throats if a gay couple was shown in Valentine’s Day. It’s not about pride month, it’s about a reminder that men can love men, and women can love women.

They want to live a cosy life free from the knowledge that some people aren’t straight. When they say it, they label it virtue signalling, or wokeness. Truth is, marvel has always been “woke”. Look at the amount of issues they tackle, through mutants, sexuality, race, class etc.

This really is a new level.

I am a straight white male. I do not need pride month because there is nothing that oppresses me.

People can be discriminatory to me yes, but there is no systematic racism or sexism or discrimination based on my sexuality. The system is not rigged against me in any way.

Yes, I can have a thousand problems, I could have an awful life. But none of those problems will be caused by the colour of my skin, my gender or sexuality.

Pride month and black history month and the like are because those groups are oppressed, and face systematic discrimination. They are to show bigots like you that it’s an ok thing to be, and to show members of those groups that we no longer live in a world where the sorts of things that you are saying is acceptable.

Kids play this game and will not be turned gay by a few rainbows in a game for a month. If your sexuality is that fragile then maybe have a think about why that is.

Straight kids will remain straight but see that being gay is nothing to be scared of, gay kids will see it and feel proud that this is not something to be ashamed of.
Peoples “sexuality” which is who you engage in intercourse with should be kept private just like your religious beliefs

But I will say that whichever mods cleaned this up, whomever decided to make that two spirits flag, and all of the forum members who immediately stood up to homophobic rants, I think that’s enough for me to feel that she’s safe here. And that’s a huge deal.

I'm with the guy who said he's not bothered about them because he doesn't buy PFPs, I do like to get ones linked to achievements, but I'm fussy about which I bother to spend units on and with these, I just find them rather boring and not aesthetically appealing. I'd rather trade in the tokens for something else.
