Why? There are MANY of us who just want a RESPONSE! Tell us SOMETHING! Yet another update and it's still prevalent. Btw, I played all morning without any issues, didn't have the bug happen once. Now, downloaded the update, and get back on. AS has just started and new quests/completion event. So, A LOT of people are probably playing. Does this bug have something to do with your servers being overloaded? PLEASE RESPOND

We have responded to this many times, in many different threads. These are not issues that plague everybody, which doesn't mean we don't think that they're important, only that it's performance related. This makes things much more difficult to pinpoint and fix. We're working on them, but this isn't an overnight fix, or a flick of a switch. These things take time, and we're constantly working on making the game run better across all devices.

In the mean time, you can help improve the performance of your game by ensuring there are no settings or features enabled on your device that alter game performance, or there aren't any other apps running in the background, or constantly sending pushes to your device.
