Advice on progressing through act 5

These are currently my 5 star champions I am uncollected and don’t know whether to rank up some of the up or grind arena and quests to get some more 5 star champions. What should I do?

    Stark Spidey will do amazing work against the collector. Spidergwen is also a solid champ. Those would be the two champs to Focus on.

    I am already Uncollected, I wanna progress through 5.3 and 5.4.
