I recently fought Doctor Voodoo in Arenas with Mephisto and his soul imprisonment did not prevent Voodoo's regeneration.

    One of my pet peeves for a long time! lol

    There are some buffs it stops, and some it doesn't, which would be fine if that was explained in the description!

    Doctor Voodoo, when awakened, has +100% ability accuracy at the start of the fight. This gives him a 200% chance to activate his buff.
