Parry not working all the time

I thought it was just me in EOP when practicing against crossbones but after looking carefully the parry text is coming up but the opponent is not getting stunned. Assuming it was the node I went into cav EQ and the same thing is happening. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

    He reduces DAAR per fury buff ...hope that answers that it isn't a bug. I used to think the same tho until i read his abilities.

    Thanks! I wonder what is causing it in cav EQ though. I was just doing the second chapter with taskmaster as boss when it was happening As well
    Task master has something in his kit as well,where he goes debufff immune for some time
