Miles Morales sig broken?

I’m thinking of ranking up my Miles Morales but noticed his sig attack rating is much lower than what it should be. Am I missing something? My 6* is at sig 80 and it should be +2667.64 Attack Rating but mine shows +1627.95. Is this a nerf or a bug?

The attack rating increases when he completes a challenge.
