Please Issue Immediate Compensation

Please, please, please issue immediate compensation. I’m not talking about the “big” compensation package but, instead, regular compensation that includes health potions and revives for all content (quests, AQ, and AW). This is more than warranted, especially given the exceptionally bugged gameplay associated with the new update.

Numerous posts have been made concerning gameplay issues, and Kabam has acknowledged that it is working on a hot fix. That nevertheless defeats the fact that the game is currently and has been bugged. It’s getting to the point where gameplay is more frustrating than what it’s worth. To combat this, give players resources to continue playing a bugged game until all bugs are definitively resolved. I don’t see how this is such an issue. It will safe face for Kabam, give Kabam time to fix the game correctly, and keep players engaged.

I have really enjoyed playing MCOC over the years and hope that continues. The longer gameplay issues persist with no resolve or compensation, however, will disenfranchise more and more players. That, in turn, results in a dead/dying game, which a majority here would hate to see.

So, again, please issue immediate compensation while the bugs are getting worked out. Thank you.

Agreed. The amount of content I can’t do anymore because of bugs is just ridiculous. I just do map 5 for glory and try to do legendary sq and legendary eq if the bugs will let me.

But harder content like variants or finishing thronebreaker has been on hold for over a year.

Kabam needs to start taking the perspective of proving to its customers that their game is still worth playing.

Seriously we’ve been patient for over a year. A YEAR. Do you kabam folks get that? Because it doesn’t seem like it.

Agreed, just had 2 disconnects before getting into the fight in map 8 AQ, i have a full map left and now apoc is close to death, meaning i have to use units and glory to get revives and pots when i normally wouldnt.

they say they play the game, im sure they do like once a month or something. no way they play the game seriously enough to notice how messed up it is. with old bugs still showing up constantly as if the update and hotfix did nothing but break the game further.

they also know that people are still going to play the game and spend money, we are sort of addicted and enjoy the negative outlook the game gives and represents now.

i dont imagine the game being fixed anytime soon, not this year for sure, why you ask b/c every month a new update breaks the game or resets the "hot fix".

I’m surprised they havent cancelled AW and AQ. Lag, memory issues and freezing just makes competition unplayable

Just gives me a excuse not to participate in AQ. I don’t need the glory all that much,..and even with the comp I couldn’t stand it.
