Passive Stun on Debuff Immune

Does White Mags Guidance passive stuns work on debuff immune matches ??
I think Sp3 stun by Doom works so may be Guidance should also work

The two immunities in this case are debuff and stun.

Debuff immunity means only debuffs cannot be placed. Passive stun is a passive, not a debuff. So it can be placed. Parry stun is a debuff, so it cannot be placed.

Stun immunity means only stuns cannot be placed. Passive stun is still a stun, so it cannot be placed. Debuffs in general are not stuns, so you can still place a bleed debuff for example.

I ws confused between whether the Guidance converts the debuff into a passive, or it applies a passive from the start

A passive isn’t a debuff so the stun passive will work against debuff immune just not stun immune
