Failed Support

Has anyone else ever submitted a ticket to Kabam to not receive any replies? I did get an initial response stating a gameplay specialist would “reach out asap” and haven’t heard from anyone. I even submitted a new ticket letting them know no one’s reached out and once again, nothing.

Be patient. You're not going to get an instant response....especially if you placed your ticket in over the weekend. Wait about 24 hours....then if you get nothing......resubmit.

My initial ticket was on Tuesday. Received a response on Wednesday about the gameplay specialist and then nothing. I wouldn’t be as pressed if I didn’t have resources expiring and weekly content I needed to get done.

I’ve known multiple people who have had the same thing happen. If they don’t have an answer they have been known to just ignore the ticket. Anyone who says otherwise has just never had an issue that couldn’t be immediately addressed. Most likely if it’s something they’re trying to fix, you either won’t hear back or won’t hear back until the specific issue/s has been resolved.

There will be people that try to explain it away and make you feel/look bad by insulting you or blaming you. The game is massively broken right now. Parry registering but not working is worse than ever 37.5% failure rate for me. You can’t finish a quest or use energy refills. Aw season is done early…. And that’s without what people are calling “lag”.

I for one hope whatever your issue is, it gets resolved soon. Be prepared for a wait though.
