Which unawakened 6* would you take to rank 3 first?

I can take a mutant up to rank 3 today. I am close to being able to take a science up to rank 3. Are either Prof X or Spidey 2099 worthy of rank 3 even if unawakened?

What are your other options? Both of those champs are great unawakened, but you might have other, better options

I also have Mr Negative (awakened), iHulk (awakened), SW Sigil (unawakened) and CMM (unawakened). those are probably my best alternatives. iHulk I don't play very well. Mystic and cosmic I am a ways from completing a T5 class catalyst. Mutant and science are closest to be able to take to rank 3. i also have Bishop (unawakened) and Havok (unawakened) but feel Prof X might be the best of the mutants to take up.
