AW / AQ in light of Login issue

Given the login issue ALL alliance should be given the "Win" rewards for their tier.

unless the problem is fixed in the next hour or so AQ should be suspended until the resolution is found.

I posted I similar thread/question regarding AQ. AQ should be suspended if they don't get this resolved.
