Small energy refills

With the problems with the game going dark and having to restart the game. Can we have the ability to trade our small energy refills into full energy refills? If I were to use all of these as intended I would have to restart the game that many times just to be able to play.

PLEASE HELP!!

You can go to your inventory and press 'use items' on the small energy refills.
that way you will not have to restart the game.
