Week 2 side quest not appearing

the new side quest is 4 different quests every week and the 2nd one was supposed to come out today on june 15th around 10am its now 7pm and I dont see any new quest. I"ve refreshed multiple times and it wont come up, I understand the difference in timeszones and stuff like that but im still curious. i also dont know if this a bug or not, so im putting it in bugs and known issues category.
