    And I couldn't recover nearly as quick as the AI did but I pressed block and ate the attack.

    Well first of all you are fighting against someone else's champ , so if that guy has parry , yes it is possible .
    But the major point is recovery time , the AI recovered very quickly , which is a bit problem .
