Wish crystals update please and thank you?

It's been quite a bit of time since we've received any sort of update on where the dev team is on the creation and implementation of wish crystals. I know we haven't received a road map in a while, so I'm wondering if someone on Kabam's side could possibly jump in quickly and give us a small update on what we could be looking at for a timeline for seeing wish crystals in the game?
At first announcement it was a feature that the community was very excited about trending towards growing our rosters for specific content.
