Omega Sentinel synergy with Psylocke not working

The synergy supposed to give Psylocke two Psi-charges if she knocks the opponent down with a heavy attack. It’s not working as intended.

    Omega Sentinel also still isn't counting towards the Synergy on Nimrod that increases Attack per Nimrod/Sentinel/Omega Sentinel.

    It actually is working but the heavy attack is detonating the psi-charges. When you heavied her with "0" charges it did 4k in red bonus damage. When you had 2 and knocked her down, it did 8k
