That doesn't logically follow. If we take your logic to its logical conclusion, Paragon players should get *less* than Thronebreaker players. The compensation isn't for stuff you spent, it is for stuff you failed to get. So using your logic, players who reached Paragon during the problems were more likely to be earning more rewards are less likely to have missed rewards due to the problems. They therefore have less to compensate for.

4.5 million gold and 240 bricks of ISO mean less to me than a Nexus crystal means to you. 45 million gold and 2400 bricks of ISO would still mean less to me than a Nexus crystal means to you. You're judging compensation based on what you want, not based on what would be reasonable across the playerbase.

If you have 50 champs waiting to be ranked you’re playing this game wrong. I don’t know exactly how you’re playing it wrong but I can categorically say it’s wrong.

Over the course of the last package we got last year and this one, can you tell me how you missed out on 4.5mil in gold and 240 t5 iso? Because that's what compensation is, to replace what you lost.
This was more of a "thanks for sticking around" package vs compensation. We got compensation weekly for months.
I'm a cavalier, any player would've suffered same as i did. But they pull a bad/god tier champ while i pull a carnage (decent but not usable when i have venom)
How's the compensation balanced/good when we two players on same level didn't receive same treatment? Plus they didn't give shards taking out the possibility of players wait for new featured crystal.
I didn't die cuz i didn't have a particular champion that was needed to push through the content i was doing. I died cuz of bugs. How's a crystal (one out of 180+ champs(60% of them are bad)) even fair?

I think RNG is always gonna be a part of compensation, just as it is a part of the game. I’m not the biggest fan of the overall package, but I think you’re viewing it as though the Crystal is the only part of the compensation. Think about the loyalty, gold, rank up gem and other parts of the compensation that have guaranteed value, and view the nexus as a chance to get a good champion as well.
The nexus wasn’t a compensatory item for what you’ve lost, it’s the part that’s a thank you for staying around.
I know it definitely sucks when you pull a bad champion, but ultimately, the game is built on RNG, pretty much everything we do has RNG as a baseline. That’s the game we play and accept if we want to play it.
To clarify, overall, the package could have done with a bit more. But I don’t think Nexus’ should have been taken out of it. (Unless it was replaced with shards, but then there’s a debate about how many shards. 25-30k would have been nice).
Ok this is how I feel and I think others may feel just by the comments is that after all this time of bugs and waiting in silence a majority of the time that could have seized this opportunity to improve customer relations. Which is something they have fallen very short on for so long and in typical kabaam fashion they chose to low ball as usual. They are very tone deaf with their customers. I say this in comparison to other games that I play. When those games may have had a problem and I might add is rare and no where close to what we have experienced over the past year they went above and beyond with the apologies and compensation. What do we get? Vague replies deleted comments and thrown in kabaam jail by the mods. Then finally we get told a “Big” package is coming. Well we know how that went. Yes we got monthly and weekly compensation for AQ/AW but that solo comp was a joke. I know players including myself that had to waste way more units and potions than what we received. I mean what was the alternative just not play content like they suggested. Do I want free stuff all the time. Nope I’d rather have a game that works which I’ve invested so much time in to not cause undo stress. And let’s not forget the game is still broken so they could have done way better but like I said they have always lacked in the customer relations dept. Idk that’s my two cents. This post will probably get deleted which will only prove my point. Try to keep your heads up fellow gamers.
