I got the compensation for cavalier and then i got the thronebreaker title 20 minutes after with the t5cc selector from the cavalier compensation and after getting thronebreaker I didn't get the thronebreaker compensation

The compensation is a one-time redeem.

Take a look at this post for more information. It can't be upgraded after it's been sent out and is collected for the title you held when the package was sent out.
