    It's only for people who haven't bought anything in game, plus I believe it's random when it shows up.

    It's only for people who haven't bought anything in game, plus I believe it's random when it shows up.
    It should be permanently there. I don't know though whether it disappears when any purchase (other than this deal) is made. I still have it in all 5 ;) of my accounts.

    It was also tiered.
