**Known AQ Bug**
We are aware that some alliances encountered a bug during this last AQ that would not allow them to start maps on certain days. We know this has impacted your rewards.
We have been looking into the cause of the problem and once we have resolved it we will explore how to make things right for the impacted alliances. We will provide any additional communication in

Kabam support not giving reply.

I generated ticket on 2nd June and today is 23rd June still my problem didn't solve. I am not getting reply from kabam team. Last mail I was received on 16th June. In mail they said my ticket escalating to a senior account specialist so that they can take the additional steps and a senior specialist will contact you as soon as possible.

It's a one week and I didn't get reply from specialist. Please help me. Anyone please do something.
