Is there a certain level or did you have to make an account before compensation came out to be able to recieve it?.. asking for a friend

    Had to be conquerer but likely had to have already had an account started. If new accounts can access this, please let me know as well, lol

    The energy refill one was able to be had but level 8 and so far no big compensation
