eternity of pain question

Hi guys the below screenshot shot explains my current position in eternity of pain. Im thronebreaker completing all the objectives except cosmic exclusion is there any way i can progress to next level if i complete it ??

I agree but I'm asking any new objectives will come in future. Because what's the use to leave us in 17. Im not getting it

And if you become Paragon right now you could go till 19 points, but no way to reach 20
