I have a rank 2 6-star unawakened and a rank 3 5-star sig 40 version. What is everyone’s opinion on the value in ranking the 5-star further? Cav player, so-so skills. Thanks.

The dupe is pretty important so if the 6* isn't duped I'd say you're missing out on a lot of potential if you decide to rank him. The 5* will carry you through pretty much everything you need him to and if you ever get the 6* dupe then you should be set for an instant R3. Colossus is a beast in questing

5*s are infinitely easier to awaken and max sig than 6*s, and with how much colossus benefits from his sig, you should 100% max your 5* and work on bringing his sig up.

Being at Cavalier level 5*s can do all content ahead of you with ease.
As for Colossus a 5* fully maxed is better from an unduped 6* r3.
Don't fall in the trap of ignoring 5*s, they are full useful, especially in lower accounts.

I’d stick with the 6* tbh. The dupe is very beneficial it’s true, but ultimately it’s value is mainly in LoL length fights and if you’re running him with at least OR, which you should be, then with a 300k health pool the difference isn’t worth ranking the 5* for ImO

I had 5* rank4 and a 6* unawakened colossus and I chose to rank3 6* unduped. I would suggest to rankup 6* version, the dupe is needed but 6* are the future champs, his awakening just bumps up damage which can be forgone for some time and colossus is not dud without dupe. He is still decent
