Offseason war rating

I was under the impression tiers 1-5 were locked, 6-9 were reduced, and 10-12 were not adjusted during offseason. We played an offseason war at tier 7, won, and did not move in war rating. That's wrong, correct?

Yeah happened to us as well only realised as someone posted this morning, seems like a silent change or bug, jax commented to ask support but it seems it’s widespread and people just haven’t checked (us tier 7s aren’t always checking our rating lol
