Lost crystal shards

I had approx 55k+ 6* crystal shards
And i opened single 6* hero crystal
No i have 42k+ 6* crystal shards left
Why i lost 3k extra shards

    the featured from the sigil store does cost 13k....

    I didnt went for the sigil store, as i dont have sigil pass

    I went for normal 6* hero crystal
