Science R3 Options

Every other class has been pretty straightforward for me but Science is definitely the hardest, and only gets harder with every crystal opening. I'm currently debating between these 3, primarily for AW, but I also just want overall value. Torch loses points due to being a near permaban in AW, otherwise he'd be the easy choice.
