Immortal abomination taking poison damage from Diablo?

In Immortal abomination's kit, it says he takes 100% less damage from poison effects but at the moment, diablo's poisons deal damage to immortal abomination. Is there something I'm missing or is this clearly a bug?

Was there a node perhaps increasing potency of debuffs?

100% base poison damage
-100% from immortal abom's kit
+10% per Vial of Might that Diablo has

Each of Diablo's vials increase his poison potency by +10%. Ibom doesn't take damage from the base poison with 0 vials, but each vial will add more potency to Diab's poisons

No it was in arena. I actually noticed this a long time ago but just decided to check now if this was a bug or I was missing something. Don't have despair mastery too
