    It’s a compensation package for all the bugs that the games had the past year and no, it’s not unfair to claim it at all since everyone else is also getting it. Also at this point in the game you definitely won’t be able to take it above rank 3 which is the same as a maxed 4*

    The bugs in the game only affect the experienced players, the new ones don’t know or care about them
