Peni Parker, Omega Sentinel or Sam?

So, i was about to lvl my dupped Peni, but then i pulled OS and Sam and i got tech gem, so now i dont know who to R5 since 2 of them are pretty new champs and i dont know much about

who to rank and what makes it so good?

Peni if you want a great defender for AW & Battlegrounds, and a good attacker, Captain Sam if you want a great non-crit champ (great Kitty counter), Omega if you want a great mutant counter and dont have nimrod.

Why do Sam counter Kitty? does he have antimiss mechanics? I was leaning towards OS cause im into robots utility

Omega Sentinel does the same as warlock with more damage, but the heal block isn’t passive.

Omega has damage and utility. Hopefully that doesn’t piss Kabam off before the 6 month period is over
