My conquest of 4* Blade arena is halted

Android user here. As of right now, I still can log in to the game to continue my arena grind whereas my other alliance members are able to do so.
By any chance, is this happening based on what type of device we are using? Apple users can log in but not Android users? Anyone experiences the same thing?
