Anti-Venom Sig Ability

Anti-Venom sig ability says that Personal Debuffs potency is increased by 10% for every 10 hits in the Combo Meter and Non-personal Debuffs are increased by 5%.
In his abilities I do not see any words about Personal and Non-personal debuffs.
So my question is very simple: Which debuffs are count like Personal and which are Non-personal for Anti-Venom?

Usually personal stuff is what comes from ur ability set (spectre, deccelerate, petrify, etc.) & non personal is what's caused by nodes or masteries (weakness, exhaustion, fatigue, parry stun etc.)

Non-personal can also be nodes as well
