Getting parried hitting into the block

Thus is a repeat or this bug 3 months ago, so how it's back in the mix. 3 times this morning I was parried hitting into the block. Similar issues happen about 5 days back across multiple arena matchups.
This is killing me please get it right

    Been playing this game for 6 Years, it's only started to happen in the past 3 months, when all the other problems were supposedly fixed
