First r4 6*

Hi everyone. After ages i’m able to rank my first r4 champ and i need your advice. Keeping in mind that i have everything at 100%, who should i take first? Considering i have a 3-4 tech gem (maybe for nimrod) i’ll attach my r2-3 champs
