It HAS to be a decision made by someone who hasn’t opened the game since 2015. No other excuse for their continued nerfs. You could revert these champs back to their previous glory in 6* form and they still wouldn’t be at the top of anyones list.

1. Dr Strange has been available as a 6* for a while.
2. Initially, there definitely was a reason to delay their addition to the 6* pool. Wolvie and the Witch still are powerful, although not game-breaking.
3. There are still other champs that are rare or have been added slowly. Doesn’t mean that Kabam thinks all of them are “so good”. It makes sense in general when releasing a new rarity to leave some old favorites back so that hype (pun intended) can be built up for their release down the road.
4. Is not releasing a champ as a 6* a nerf? Is that how that works?
5. Scarlet Witch pre-12.0 is literally the definition of the top of some people’s lists. Check out Vega. That was his top category for quite some time.
