When will the battlegrounds start?

Last month there was information that the start is in July, should we expect it in the middle of the month?

Don't have the link to post but Jax commented on a thread saying we'd get an update in battlegrounds in the forums today so just wait and see

Why is there so many beta testing on battlegrounds. This is what 4th or 5th now? But none or 1 beta test on other areas of games? If you doing that much testing on 1 aspect of the game it should be same on all aspects
